Blog Posts on The Playground
Write and publish your own post on TED’s blog. Enrich it by including links, images, video, audio, documents, presentations, or other digital files.
- Conversations don’t have to end with the presentation. You can continue your discussion on The Playground. Others will have the opportunity to jump-in, too.
- Start your own conversation.
- Run out of time during the presentation? Hold your Q&A on The Playground.
- Are you a note taker? Consider sharing them with TED’s online community.
- Wanting to increase interest in your upcoming presentation? Kick-off an interactive activity on The Playground.
Presentation Files
Consider sharing part or all of your presentation files. This would include slide shows, handouts, video, web resources you shared, the presentation proposal, and much more.
Online Resources
Have a great web resource? Find an intriguing article, video, or podcast? Learn about a new technology during a presentation? Share online resources with del.icio.us bookmarks.
Images
Share your digital images with TED’s online community with flickr.
Audio
There are several ways that you can distribute digital audio in TED’s online community.
- Upload it to The Playground and it will become part of the TED Podcast feed.
- Share online audio by posting a link to it from The Playground.
- Use del.icio.us bookmarks to share online audio.
Video
Try these strategies for distributing digital video with TED’s online community.
- Upload it to The Playground and it will become part of the TED Podcast feed.
- Share video on the aectted group on YouTube.com.
- The video bracket wizard in The Playground makes it simple to embed online video from sites like TeacherTube.com, SchooTube.com, and YouTube.com when your writing a post.
- Share online video by posting a link to it from The Playground.
- Use del.icio.us bookmarks to share online video.
