All interested AECT members are invited to register to participate in my dissertation research study. The ISD Performance Inventory is a 443-item skills assessment made up of seven scales. Each scale was developed to align to the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (IBSTPI) and National Workforce Center for Emerging Technologies (NWCET) standards.
