AECT2007

I agree with Pat Miller's review of the opening presentation by Stephen Downes of Canada. His dual screen presentation of new definitions of reality and how we might see new additions to that term was very well done.
It was also nice seeing old and new friends and talking "our field" with other peer professionals. For me it was an enjoyable breath of fresh air (... except the real smoke from the fires).
There will be two interesting Intellectual Property and Copyright sessions on Friday. I highly recommend that you check them out.

AECTNow and great work

I am very pleased to utlilize this great new "front door" for AECT. Trey and his peers have put a lot of quality time into this new site, which will still connect to the old basic AECT.org (until, I assume, they will be seamlessly merged).
I do have one suggestion. As a senior citizen I find it easy to navigate but occassionally hard to read. This is especially true of the medium green subtitles on the grey/blue background (eg titles under "Recent comments". I hope this can be evaluated.
But in general, Kudo's to the creators of our newly released web site.

Color Adjustments

I've done some "tweaking" to the color scheme to try for a bit of better contrast in various locations. This is just stop-gap stuff until we get the graphical design nailed down. I think it's a little better but watch for more tweakage over the next week

roger that

Thanks Terry. I put a link at top right under "Features which is "stuff to fix". We're working on the colors, etc.
