IT Conversations: Clayton Christensen - Capturing the Upside
Many are convinced that it is impossible to predict with confidence whether an innovation will succeed, so they feel they need to place a number of bets with the hope that some will be winners. Others believe that the best way to create new growth businesses is to meticulously search for detailed quantitative data to identify opportunities and develop a rigorous plan to attack those opportunities. But many times conclusive data is only available after the game has already been won.

Education is a market. How we adopt and sustain innovation is a key element of how we deal with our customers.
There WILL be a quiz later. Some of the questions will be:
How well do integrated vendors (WebCT, BlackBoard, Top Class) serve the market place?
Are there modularized solutions that will push the profits downward in the production cycle?
How can we push Education out to a new market? To allow people who lack the resources to participate in the existing market to become educated?
